The Mission Statement of Scioto Valley REIA is to create a forum for real estate investors, from the beginner to the advanced, which will provide effective and responsive services to their members. Scioto Valley REIA will provide an environment of educational & motivational services which will provide support with a serious commitment to our membership's satisfaction. Scioto Valley REIA is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of conduct by its' members whom are housing providers, property owners, and real estate investors. We also will provide an environment of sharing information and strategies to help ensure the success of the Scioto Valley REIA members.
With presently over 40 members and growing, we have become the “central hub” of education and networking for local real estate investors and property owners of the Scioto Valley area. Members and visitors of all levels are welcome and encouraged to come and network and learn.
